Before you start
- Explained who we are and why we are asking
- Said taking part is voluntary and they can stop at any point
- Said what happens to what they say and who sees it
- Made no promise I cannot keep
The questions
Ask, then stop talking. The silence after the question is what makes someone go on.
How are things at the moment?
What is the hardest thing you are dealing with?
What have you tried? What helped?
If one thing changed, what would it be?
Who else is dealing with this that we do not know about?
