What you will learn
Follow the volunteer code of conduct and explain the reason behind each clause
Identify professional boundaries and recognise behaviour that crosses them
Apply the do-no-harm principle to a real field decision
Distinguish a complaint from an incident from an emergency, and pick the right channel for each
Report safeguarding, exploitation and harassment concerns through the association’s official channels
